Alteration Policy
If you experience a sizing issue with your Hoshitaara product, we offer professional alteration services to adjust the fit of your existing garment. Our skilled team will work to ensure your nightwear provides the comfort and fit you deserve.
How Alterations Work:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if alterations are needed
- Share photos and describe the fitting issue via email or WhatsApp
- Our team will guide you on the alteration process
- Ship the garment back to us for alterations
- We'll complete alterations within 5-7 business days of receipt
Shipping & Costs:
- Return shipping to us: Customer's responsibility
- Shipping after alteration: Customer's responsibility
- Alteration service: Additional charges will be levied for alterations.
Quality Guarantee
